Netreo Releases Ground-Breaking New Revision

OmniCenter’s new release includes hot new features, more efficient workflow, and massive user interface improvements

Irvine, CA  January 13, 2016

Today Netreo (http://www.netreo.com) released OmniCenter 9, a huge step forward in terms of both form and function. The user interface and workflow behind many of the key product elements have been completely redesigned to make them more efficient, powerful and intuitive.

Incident Management and Configuration Management functions now feature slick new calendar and timeline-based views, and are context-aware so they are able to sort data automatically and intelligently. Users can instantly zoom into incidents and configuration-related issues to view all affected systems and sectors, along with related alerts and resolution-tracking.

Using our cloud-based resources, OmniCenter 9 users are now able to monitor their web presence and performance from anywhere around the world to provide a real-time picture of what various geographic markets are experiencing. All of this in the same consolidated dashboard our customers have grown to love.

“We couldn’t be more excited about what this is going to mean for our global base of customers,” said Kevin Kinsey, Netreo CEO.  “We’ve overhauled and upgraded almost everything, leveraging invaluable input from our entire user community.”

Additionally, with OmniCenter 9 customers now have the choice of two different release tracks, a ‘Stable’ track geared towards “five nines” environments, and an ‘Early Feature Release’ track for customers seeking cutting-edge feature releases as they come out.
